We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to delete your Sbody Tracker account, please follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your account, please send an email to deleteaccount@sbody.ca with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the following details:

• Your registered email address

• Confirmation that you want to delete your account permanently

Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 48 hours.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Immediate Account Deletion: Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed.

• No Recovery: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored, and all related information is erased from our systems.

• AI Model Training: Some anonymized, non-personal data may be retained for up to 60 days to improve our AI models. This data is completely untraceable and cannot be linked back to you.

• Security & Compliance: Certain logs may be securely stored for up to 60 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.

Can I Reactivate My Account?

No, once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored. If you wish to use Sbody Tracker again, you will need to sign up for a new account.
